Thru Sept 19, today marks 28 days on the Camino Frances and Norte! I have done 687km (429 miles) not including getting loss, walking around town etc. That averages to 24.5 km or15.3 miles per day, including any rest days. I have almost covered 500 miles which is the distance of the entire Camino Frances alone. Before departing to Europe, I was walking an average of 8.6 miles per day early August. My expectations were to hopefully average 10.3 miles per day on the Camino. Averaging so far 15.3 miles per day over the last 28 days, I am grateful that I am able to do this!
