It is a constant iterative process, reducing and asking yourself whether something truly serves you (especially if you have to carry it!). I am constantly going thru this process!
Mary had Julies help in reducing essentials into her backpack and nonessentials into the black bag. This morning I found out that she had another pilgrim help her later to further lighten her load!
