I made it to Ribasdero, over 100km in three days. Of course, I forced the cold into my chest. So now I am taking the day to rest, maybe more.
I like the sign in the picture along the freeway. There is actually a specific reference to peregrinos 'to rest(descanaso)'. That is what I am doing.
Ribasdero is the last place on the 850km Camino Norte where I can see the ocean. The remaining 200km heads inland toward Santiago de Compestello. A lot of mountains ahead. It has been raining at least a bit everyday.
