Follow the arrow...
I have been departing around 630am and getting done around 2pm plus or minus. Usually I walk for an hour or two before getting coffee.

The map reads from RIGHT to LEFT. I think the reason why is because the trail goes from EAST to WEST as if looking at a regular map.
Update Sept 1
I walked from Najera to Granon for 27.5km today. It is Sunday, the second day of a three day wknd.
