The guy who took the photo was an Argentinan who works for an Argentine bank and had worked for JP Morgan in NYC. I asked him why he thought Argentina continues to have financial crisis over the years. He seemed to think that generally speaking, the Argentinan is always looking for shortcuts and is occasionally willing to do dishonest things to cut corners. Eventually it all ads up. Interesting perspective coming from an Argentine!
